Frequently Asked Questions

Final reports for Spring applicants are due March 1st and September 1st for Fall applicants.

A completed proposal must be submitted by March 1st and September 1st for the spring and fall cycles to be considered for renewed funding. We know that this schedule will require your renewal application and final report in advance of a full year of work under the grant, and it is expected that your reports reflect that shorter work period. However, these timelines are intended to allow us to effectively advocate for another year of funding and make the grant renewal decision on time.

The New-Land Foundation receives many more applications for grants than it could possibly approve. Because the Foundation often makes repeat grants to organizations, we have a very limited budget for new applicants.
